At The Springs you will find assisted living with a difference. We provide transportation to doctor’s appointments, shopping and excursions, and our full-time activity director fills our calendar with activities, trips, visiting entertainers and parties.

The Springs also offers a progressive method of senior care called CaraSysted Living ®, which blends pro-active health care management with technology that uniquely responds to the changing needs of the residents and their families. This program is trademarked and unique to CaraVita Communities like The Springs, helping us focus of the care of our residents and report details of this care back to families.
In our “Friends for Life” Memory Care Program, we create achievement-oriented activities for each unique individual. We believe Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders are diseases of the mind, not the spirit, and we strive to inspire and stimulate that spirit every day with activities and excursions that touch all the senses in many ways.
We assist caregivers in the community by offering a respite program, which allows caregivers a rest from the demands of caring for a parent or loved one. The Springs welcomes respite guests for stays of a day, a week or longer. While staying with us, your loved one will enjoy the same scheduled activities, delicious meals and comprehensive health management we offer to all our residents. This program is helpful for caregivers who occasionally travel or wish to schedule a vacation, or for seniors who are recuperating after medical procedures and are not quite ready to go home.

Each resident we serve once was active in the local community. We believe that our community is distinguished by helping each resident stay integrated within the larger Simpsonville community. Not a day goes by that you do not see The Springs bus on the prowl in the community or a local group entering our doors. We boast of being the center of life in Simpsonville.
Our community is locally owned and operated. We believe we are servant leaders and our residents are our family. That is why when we developed our Memory Care program it was natural to name it “Friends for Life”. We even have a Hall of Heroes displaying our resident’s life stories. Our advisory committee, many of which have served in the local community, provides insight into community resources and helps keep us abreast of the latest happenings in the community.
Our seasoned staff, many of which have been here since we opened, thrive on the hugs and smiles we receive each day. Lots of laughter and fun is found in our friendly competitions in the activity room. Our executive director has a regular book club and our care staff provides not only watchful oversight utilizing state of the art technology, but also offers a hand to hold and comfort. Meal times are friendly gathering of delicious food and companionship.
